The products are described with the utmost accuracy.  However, certain modifications may occur during the course of the year. 4. Prices

As soon as you exercise your right of retraction, Larissa DE BACKER undertakes to reimburse you in cash the totality of your order within a maximum period of 30 days.
 
Larissa DE BACKER will not accept returns for the following products:

When the manufacturer’s guarantee is not applicable, the repair will be the subject of a quotation drawn up by the manufacturer. The manufacturer may charge you administrative costs if you request the return of your product without the repairs proposed in this estimate. You may also choose to abandon your product at no extra cost.
 
You have 15 days to accept or refuse the quotation thus established, and to pay any amounts due. After this period, the quotation will be considered to have been refused and the equipment abandoned, without any compensation being payable.

No product may be sent to the customer more than twice in succession by our after-sales service. In case of failure of these two shipments (package refused, delivery impossible…), the product will be left at the customer’s disposal at the address Larissa DE BACKER – 17 Rue du Temple 7331 Baudour for 2 months.
